Melina Kanakaredes is an American actress is known for her performances as the character Dr. Sydney Hansen in NBC's drama Providence and as Dr. Lane Hunter in The Resident. Her breakout performance as Eleni andros Cooper on the CBS soap series Guiding Light was also praised. 15 Minutes Percy Jackson and The Olympians The Lightning Thief and Snitch are some of her most acclaimed films parts. According according to reports, she's working with Vlas & Charley Parlapanides who wrote Immortals on the basis to Elisabeth Kubler Ross' autobiography The Wheel of Life. The actress is also working on a new series called Gods & Heroes.
